What I never figured out is did Wesker infect himself or did he get infected by Tyrant. He shows no signs of infection until Code Veronica, all I remember from nemesis is running away from nemesis a lot.
SlimTim 178 if you did some research you would know the hearts are what contain a chip that controls the tyrant. If damaged the tyrant mutates out of control
Joshua Fischer Ok. Thanks for the info but what you're saying seems to support my statement in a different way. I like the Resident Evil games but am not interested enough to look up info on the details. Though I have yet to play the RE games post RE4. I am about to play Code Veronica for the 1st time. I only played 0, 1, 2, 3 & 4.
@@slimtim1782 That actually goes to show how tough and resilient the Tyrants are. Even the exposed heart is capable of withstanding high caliber gunfire and still functioning without caring about the bullets
Wait, wtf, they literally recycled the ending scene of the Gamecube version instead of reworking it to match the rest of the game scenes and graphics? Still, great version.
Fun fact: Chris is the only alpha team member who succeeded their main objective. Barry and Jill failed to rescue at least one Bravo Team Member while Chris has Rebecca.
Jose Protacio Rizal Mercado Alonzo Realonda Rebecca almost died three times in this game. Once from hunter, Second from wesker, and third from tyrant. Does Capcom hate Rebecca or something?
@@SlickSkuddyI always find it weird how her character was so different in RE1(Combat wise). In RE0 she could defeat big ass monsters by herself while in RE1 she got cornered by a Hunter, granted she still need Billy's help in RE0 but in RE1 she's just straight up a damsel in distress
Considering you need an Anti Tank Missile to kill it that sure is the ultimate lifeform And by the way this is the earliest Tyrant. Later models can survive anti tank missiles and Gatling guns on attack aircraft
Anyone else who thinks Capcom should have add an ending that shows all 4 survive? I mean its ok in the original game because they were still developing the story but in the remastered after we have confirmed that all Jill,Chris,Barry and Rebecca are alive there is no reason or excuse to not add a extra ending with everyone.
I was literally just thinking that. Since it is all digital they can have Brad say a throw away line like "I got Rebecca/Barry with me," right before he says this is your last chance to escape. Plus they can show that person throwing the rocket launcher down as I still have no clue how Brad did it while keeping the chopper steady.
Gwildor Helicopters have like a control feature where they just hover in the air, obviously its a bit shaky but its how helicopters stop moving in the first place, otherwise they just keep moving.
the way the tyrant just 180's in a split second after tanking 2 magnum shots is both really badass and really terrifying i mean the thing seems like its pissed at chris and the first time somebody sees that theyll probably crap themselves from how fast the tyrant runs
We all know by now that weaker planned for the tyrant to stab him & infect him, but how was he so confident that the tyrant wouldn't have just cut his head clean off. That's like anticipating a lion to bite your leg rather than go for the neck
Then again it's not uncommon for a Lion to go for the legs or some obscure part. Big cats aren't always precision killers, just like any animal they can be messy fighters too
How detailed are older RE games. If you ran past Rebecca and just walk out the door she'll get up and say she's ok, if you check on her you get this scene.
Actually I don't think that's a bad idea! The RE Remake is such a great game that I think it would be worthy of a second remake, RE2 Remake style. Of course, it would be insane to remake a game that's been remade and remastered already, but... Damn I would love to explore the Spencer Mansion in third person too, with expanded and new areas... However I would like to see a remade RE3 with good old Jill too... Whatever. This RE2 remake was definitely amazing.
@@MultiNatla it's pretty much "unofficially" confirmed that an re3 remake as well as re8 will be the next releases. Which one will come first, who knows. I dont think capcom has plans to remake the original yet again, but I'm okay with that. The hd remaster of the gamecube one is good enough and besides the possibilities of an over the shoulder camera, theres not much more to improve upon imo
@@Mrace00far - With the RE Engine and new dialogue, this game would truly be a masterpiece. They could also have Lisa Trevor stalk the player throughout the Mansion, that would be so dope. Edit: My mistake, this game is already a masterpiece
To be honest the Resident Evil 1 OG Chris has bigger arms than Re 1 remake. So there is nothing wrong with boulder punching Chris Redfield in re 1 remake
I just bought those two in the big in japan sales on psn for 13 bucks,as always i waited and my reward for my patience was that i bought both with all extras in a better price.Great remakes both in the way the newer RE games should be rather action pased shooters, and now i heard they are going for the second game as well that was my favorite in the entire series.Tyrant was easierthani expected they have like zero dificulty selection in the first remake also?
So its pretty much a given that we are getting an RE3 remake, but i wonder if capcom will do a re remake of the original. Would definitely like to play this without the fixed camera angles
1:24 Is interesting how Chris didn't care about Rebecca after all they passed together, but when she was murdered by the... Reptil? In the original RE1 after just met her, he cried dramatically
I was so pissed at this point. i was at 2 out of 3 locks on that MO disk door, when i suddenly found myself fighting the tyrant .. Didn't get to save chris before the self-destruct countdown. (fyi it was my first ever playthrough)
Re5 chris goes back intime to RE1 and the whole game is him running around sxreaming in anger and yellIng WEEEEESSSSSKKKKKKEEEEERRRRRR! And punching everything.
Noa Zeus I’d be down to play this if they made it like RE 4 and 5. The old controls are just a pain. Seems like moving and aiming would be super difficult. I guess you get used to it if you play it enough.
I am so pissed I didn't get this ending 😤 how the hell was I supposed to know I needed to head upstairs and search for Rebecca room by room within an invisible timer? The games just expects you know that without further clues or hints? When I looked at my previous saves, they were all overwritten with recent ones. So to save Rebecca I needed to start all over. 😢
I saved right before you can save Rebecca on the mansion and when I loaded the file I forgot to save her and didn't get the good ending lol. No Super Tyrant fight for me, it was anti climatic.
