The baby in Donna’s house is cause by Ethans fear of what his baby would be like, due to what had happened to Mia Donna is using his irrational fear as putting things into his head, making him doubt if rose is ok, or if Mia kept anything from him about her It’s all just tricks and fake recordings to make him second guess & doubt himself, putting fear into his mind about his daughter

I know I'm a little late but resident evil village started development in 2016 not around the time resident evil 2 remake came out, the game took around 5 years to make, I agree with you on wishing they'd take a little longer but just wanted to clarify this masterpiece wasn't made in 2 years.

Just beat this game last night, took me 8 hours but I can easily say this was by far the best game I have ever played, also I can’t believe you beat this game in just little over an hour, I really enjoyed watching the speed run

Man idk what’s happened but lately my ADD and Anxiety have made me physically incapable of watching a full speed run but this was actually really enjoyable. I really enjoy the vibe of the stream and how easy your voice is on the ears. Definitely gained a sub and a huge fan!

I gotta learn that Baby skip. I used to run REmake on Xbox and I'm still at #11 on that leaderboard; it's definitely also my favorite RE game ever. It was pretty much the first classic remake I can think of too. Another edit as I'm watching: I HATE that you need to look at that ladder piece where you get the mechanical crank before you can turn it. The directions for restoring power are already known to Ethan (technically).

Just got a new PB at 1:48:40! 10 min faster than my last PB. Messed up a little so can get a faster time. But a 1:26 run seems impossible! Have to study this video to get som tips. I want to get a 1:30! This game was really fantastic. Except for Hisenberg and Chris part on VoS...

Re:verse’s time and resources should have been used on RE8:V imo. Could have added more flying enemies, like a flying counterpart to the Varcolacs.

One of the reasons why I loved the RE franchise was the female characters, Jill, Sheva, Sherry (adult of course LOL), Ada, Helena, Rebecca and Ingred (mainly speaking the slightly unpopular games like RE5, and RE6 although I also loved RE3 remake). The over the top sexy in the series was awesome. I also respect their choice of going realistic, still had that awesome Resident Evil vibe although glad they didn't keep any QTE those were horrible. Now they have Rosemari which she is an indeed interesting character, love to see what type of person she becomes and her story. Hopefully we get to see Sheva too she was goddamn beautiful thought she was Tundra in RE8. Now one other thing I wish they would do again was the crazy Mercenary stuff, the combo building etc John Wick style while still managing not being too much action, just needs the perfect balance, and a huge roster of playable characters.

Just did my first speed run on NG+ to see if I could get dashing dad, slob, snake oil, and all those other ones (don't craft anything, don't spend 10000 Lei, etcetera)... 1:49. Pretty amped. I beat the game about 6 times prior to this priding myself in being a completionist, so it was difficult skipping certain things and treasure. All in all, pretty proud of myself for my first attempt at speed running anything.

This is Crazy I'm usually just getting past Donna at an hour and a half but he's done with it 😂😅

43:00 the thing is, I think that it is actually one of Ethans Biggest fears being projected. Both Mia and his Baby having horrible things happen to them such as, Mia getting hurt/Dying, and then making ethan take her 'body' apart. and also something really bad happening to Rose, and such, and therefore the baby thing being the way it is when it chases him

Yo, your girlfriend's thoughts on the baby being a miscarriage thickened the potential plot ridiculously... I had made the same observation in passing that I never carved into, cuz you know, I was being chased by a giant man-eating fetus at the time, but it really does make sense as to it being a secret that Mia holds but that the vast neural network of the E-Series mycelium would be well aware of (considering her _and_ Ethan's infection during RE7) and has me questioning many other things, even down to the exact origin of Rose herself. Or should I say, Rosemary. Rosemary the baby. Rosemary's a baby. Rosmary's Baby.

Was looking up fastest speed run and found you. Trying to do some of these tricks cause I got a 2h14m run this morning. That's with starting like I was just casually playing too.

Theory: Mia had a miscarriage before RE7, which prompted her to separate from Ethan for the time she was involved in the E-Series trials. Dealing with Evaline got her over the loss, and she was ready to try again when the tanker was caught in the storm and ran aground in Louisiana.

I was happy I finished mine at 1:59:14 at standard. I was actually aiming for atleast an hour and 40 but I forgot I put it to standard

The theory about the baby being a miscarriage doesn't seem to hold up since Mia calls Rose out by name. Now if no name was given, it would be quite plausible. I have my own theory on the baby monster. It is simply a manifestation of his worst fears regarding his baby. He knows something terrible has been done to her but doesn't know what so his mind fills in the blanks. Since Donna's power is creating hallucinations, just by being near her and her flowers Ethan's fears are brought to life. He seems to have two big fears, his wife Mia hiding something serious from him (which stems from her lying about Evaline in re7) and the stuff I said earlier about Rose.
