Congratulations to the first graduating class of ADCRR’s Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program. RSAT is a 6-month intensive substance abuse Therapeutic Community where inmates participate in approximately 540 hours of treatment to prepare for reentry into society. The program is facilitated by both staff and peers.
