They just have to pave paradise.. trading precious natural water ways for cash in the pocket concrete gutters destroying what's left of delicate native species and the beauty of what once was protected land
With the lack of water flow as it was in the past. My solution would be dredging on a regular basis to remove build up of sediment. After a few years dredging would no longer be needed.
