It took me 20 years to publicly share my story as I live with Crohn's Disease. I was embarrassed and still do not find comfort in talking about it but I know there are others who are able to relate and I want to let them know, they are not alone.
We all have a story and I want to encourage you all to continue your journey by living and not just existing. You never know who's life you are changing!
