I started out painting, and I worked with tiles a lot. I found that it made my life so much easier if I made myself a little tab on the back with duck tape. I could hold the tile with the tab and not touch the sides or front while working with each one. It's a real game changer. Great video as usual!
What an amazingly creative project! Easy enough for a fun birthday take home project for my daughter’s 15th birthday party coming up! Thanks for the idea!!!! Those colors are magical together!!!
Those are beautiful! I was thinking of doing something like that to all of my switch-plate covers. They are so plain and ugly. And now you've given me another idea for my back splash in my kitchen. Thank you you are so talented and sweet! God bless!!
I was curious if the same! I typically have to clean the drips off after the epoxy has set for a bit and there’s still sometimes an overhang that needs to be cleaned off.
I didn’t get a lot of drips but I just wiped off the excess from the bottom when I was done with my glove and left whatever was on the bottom. I didn’t sand at all. I suppose you could cut off anything from the bottom with a craft knife and some acetone but these tiles are porous so even then it will still be stained 😣 so the tiles I linked in the description box have cork bottoms you can glue to cover that staining
I’m so excited to see your take on coasters! I have been doing coasters like this for a few months now and love it! You should try a paint pour on them and then seal with epoxy. They are super fun to make too! ❤️
I thought they turned out great! I bought some small like “ring dishes” in dollar section awhile back with this type of process in mind to dress them up. Thanks for the inspiration!

@@FlynnSistersBoutique 😊 thanks. I wasn’t expecting such a quick response. I love your videos you make everything look so easy and I assumed you just did it all. 😂
I understand. If you drop a ceramic coaster, it could break in pieces. If you drop something epoxy coated, it could break but more likely, it would crack.
These are beautiful!! I’m so happy to know that the emerald alcohol ink dries green. I’ve mixed it into epoxy and it turned that weird blue color so I threw it out. Thank you for always inspiring and sharing!
