You should be thrilled! I am so jealous (in a good way)! This is absolutely breathtaking. I'll bet your tank cover is the talk of the town! If not, it should be! Super job.
I absolutely love it the colors are so contrasting and the finish gloss glassy shine is like brand new piece !! Great great color choices and great job lets see more done around the home bring your art all around ! Thanks you inspire me so much I can’t stop watching and learning from you !! Thanks Lisa south Louisiana
Nice, and a bright and cheerful orange for the bathroom... Reminds me of student dorms at University.. First floor bathrooms were lemon. 2nd floor pink, 3rd floor orange! Luckily I was on the first floor.. Those were the days!! Lol.. Great pour! Thanks!
Supposedly if you’re making epoxy, as long as you’re resin is slightly more than your hardener you’re good to go. If it’s the other way around you could get curing problems. Nice to see you jazzing up your loo!
If you have more resin then hardener you WILL have curing problems. You never ever want there to be more resin than hardener. Having slightly more hardener is fine though.
Mixed Media Kam Hi, my comment was actually from a tip from previous comments on the web. Epoxies all have their own mixing/curing sensitivities. Sticking to the working ratios of mixing are always the safest bet.
I thought of the hair immediately. I ALWAYS get hair in my art unless I have it back with a headband. And even then, sometimes. That is a beautiful result!
Dang girl I want do mine but wow I don't want to put mine to shame!!! Dang if you lived close ??? It's absulutly gorgeous , awesome awesome job the colors !!! And wow the resin just made it fabulous! Great job shoot go in bussiness for Melyd's Resined latrine makeovers !!! Lol, luv ya D
Torching will help it move as well and get the bubbles out - would torch a few times lightly to get the remaining air bubbles .. any questions I am getting way better at resin lately xox
* * * Very interesting video with such an 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 ... * * * Question from my granddaughter (11 years old)... "Do you think it might have worked better on a black toilet with an orange seat?" (grin) * * * From me... "Perhaps you could make both sides of the seat cover to match...(?)" (wink) [ #futurevideoidea (from granddaughter) ] * * * We're amazed at your artwork... we originally thought you might draw in it 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭... but your swirl technique is so 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜... * * * Have you produced any videos explaining your techniques and the substances you use?
