Oh Petra, I am so sorry about your fur baby. They are like our children. I have 4 small Yorkies and I knew they would each have health problems before I got them. I knew if anyone else took them they would be put to sleep. They cost a lot of money to make them well and we used our retirement fund. My husband told me we cannot live as long as he planned now but he wouldn’t give them back. They will not all have a long life but they are loved and happy. I love your sunset ocean. The ocean is in front of my home, we get Sunrise on this side of Australia. We have to stand on the beach and look along the beach to see a Sunset. It is beautiful but nothing has come close to sunrise and sunset in the desert. I am not a morning person but there I left for work at 5.00am. I would run inside put the coffee on, turn on my computer, grab my coffee and run back outside to sit and watch the sunrise. It is magic. Thank you. ❤️

@@petrajongbloed4425, it is okay, they don’t know they are sick. The eldest is my Chia and she has a collapsing trachea. When it happens she comes to me so I can tell her it is okay and it passes quickly. Chia is 6 years old and too small to breed with. They own us. Our bed is high but they have stairs to get up there. They eat better than we do. They all have a booster seat in our truck and love to go somewhere. I have always had large dogs until I got sick. I think Yorkies are about one quarter cat. They are very clever, they understand what I say and we are never alone. Not even in the bathroom. We will never be alone again, they have to be able to see us or sit on us. It frightens me how quickly Chia got to 6 years old. Luca is 4, Kira is 3 and Mica is 1. There will be no more. Sometimes I get annoyed when I cannot buy something I need to paint or resin. Then I look at them and it is okay.

Yes Scarrlet, you are right. Some time ago we did a collaboration and I almost use the same colors for this painting as I did in the collaboration with you. I hope you still like that ocean beach painting and still have it on your wall. 😀 So kind of you to say that about Guus and that you light a candle for her. I know she is in a good place now where she is happy and with no pain.

Beautiful work Petra! I am constantly amazed when I watch you work, you have such a vision, and can put that vision down in many layers of resin. I’m so sorry to hear about your much loved woofer. The greatest thing that we can do for our beloved companions, is give them a happy life, and when the time comes, to make sure that they do not live in pain, and help them to drift off to sleep. Wow that's beautiful!! And what's amazing is the control u have on the resin. Did u wait a long time for it to harden a lil so u'll be able to control it? I've heared other's adding glue to it.

Thank you so much for your nice compliment ❤ I appreciate it a lot. 😀 No I didn't wait, I poured right away. It has to do with the viscosity of the resin. I'm using high and medium viscosity resin. Glue and resin don't go together.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your fur baby. I completely understand as I also had to put mine to sleep😪 and it's heartbreaking. Your painting is stunning. So many layers but all well worth it as it shows in the end result. Well done🥰

So if I copy off of yours is my painting going to be just like that and how did you get the colors because I want to do it exactly like that this will be my first time trying it I wish you had a step-by-step definitely I will take on that challenge and how do you edit your videos I'm having a hard time doing that on RU-vid with my phone 🤔 and why do your red look like it's hot pink because I have pigment that's red but it's real red dark red that blood red and yours look way lighter than the average red and I'm wondering do you tape the back of your board

Petra I see that your resin is quite thin as you can pour in a stream. What kind of viscosity resin do you use? Thanks

It's a medium viscosity resin, maybe it looks thin, but it's not thin like water Sunita. ❣😀
