I have had the privilege of getting my hands on these molds and they are absolutely amazing. I have purchased about 6 different bracelet molds over the years and none have provided me with a good cast. These molds are gorgeous and are not only easy to use but cast an amazing piece. In all honesty, I have never bought a mold anywhere else that even comes close to the quality you are going to get from Little Windows. Fran comes up with these ideas and I don't know who she works with but they definitely know their stuff. I just can't get over the quality of these molds. All the bracelet molds I have purchased either give me a terrible rough edge or they have a mat finish. The only way you can get it to shine is to either put more resin over the entire bracelet (which is difficult given the shape of a bracelet) or sand and buff the bracelet. With Fran's mold I am able to cut with sharp scissors any sharp edges and if I need to get things even, I can use the sandpaper before carefully putting more resin on that side to even it all up. BUT, what makes this the most unique mold is that you can use it to not only make a bracelet, but to do the trinket dish, ornaments, and the list goes on and on. Bravo Fran for an amazing idea.
This tutorial is excellent. As a beginner, I found this video to be the best to learn. Thanks. But please can you do more video on using fabrics please. Thanks in advance.
OK, I’m becoming obsessed with resin. I’ve been watching resin videos all day. Charging my iPad twice😜. This is the best video I’ve seen today. I subscribed. Thank you so much. Great learning video!!
I am just getting into resin, and I just love your videos they are so succinct and instructional especially for somebody like me. I tend to be very dyslexic in always possible so this is absolutely fabulous for me. So I would just like to say thank you and please keep me making these videos.
Thank you Acid Rain! Please have a look at our resin project library, where you'll find all of my tutorials, plus close-up photos, and links to all supplies used. www.little-windows.com/pages/new-project-ideas-and-how-tos Have lots of fun creating :) fran@little-windows.com
I’ve had my 4 bracelet set for over a year & I still use them. I set out a bracelet & an earrings mold and purposely mix extra resin to use in them. It doesn’t matter what I’m making.. I pop the extra in the molds, they always turn out amazing. Do be careful with your fingernails tho.. these molds are beautifully made but they are softer & easy to blemish. Smaller Steampunk gears ⚙️ or whatever you can think of make nice bracelets.
Ha! Don't you just love her?! I feel like I'm sitting over her shoulder laughing along. Her tutorials are so well thought-out. I've got another video coming up soon using the Jumbo Dichro Papers in those Bangle Molds, so have a look at this one, then be on the lookout for more fun ideas soon : www.little-windows.com/blogs/project-center/embossed-dichro-jewelry Thank you :) - Fran
@@debrajol3585 Thank you...Good ideas, instead of the little cab molds everyone else suggests, make something useful. I keep key-chain and magnet molds around for that but excess resin layered bracelets will be very cool looking! I have several of the "squishy" silicone molds, so keep my nails clipped very short. The sacrifices we make for our crafting!! :>)
I think this molds amazing. My next must molds to buy! Wow! Evereything is taking care of. Measurements, quantity of resin to fill them... great product!
@@LittleWindowsResin Oh! thank you to answer me. It´s such an honor to be answered for a great artist and the owner of a shop!!! But I´m really sad; I can´t buy your items... I´m living in Spain but even the cheapest shipping metod is almost the same price that the items I purchase... I can´t afford that.... I wish you would have a shop in Spain... Do you need somebody here to expand? I volunteer! I´m sure you will succeed really well!!! my wish, I know... hahaha! Anyway. Thank you for your answer. It made my day when I saw it! Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing. I love what you do. You are so efficient and organized . I totally trust you and your products I am new at this and thank you for your videos
thank you for recognising that not everyone has tiny hands !! Im not a huge lady; but my fingers never quite fit gloves and my hand is too large for most bangles!! Love the videos and items made; couldnt find 'personalised videos' as you mentioned though.
WOW~ GR8 VIDEO... YOUR PRESENTATION WAS EXCELLENT AND YOU HAVE SO MANY FUN, FABULOUS IDEAS~ I'M ALL EXCITED NOW! I'm very interested in seeing what your pricing is like because I'd love to get a few bracelet molds. So far, I've gotten a few things from WISH & eBay since I'm not in any hurry... BUT, there IS something to be said about a MORE INSTANT GRATIFICATION, AAAND with your company I'd KNOW I WAS going to receive what I ordered! Thanks SO much for sharing, 😺
Hey Kat, have you tried making some of these? Our bangle molds are back in stock and ready to ship, have a look and let me know how yours turn out :) www.little-windows.com/collections/brilliant-molds-2/products/double-sided-large-silicone-resin-mold-set-with-accessories - Fran
Excellent video. I have a bangle mold from another company and it's so difficult. I am visiting your shop immediately to order everything I need. Thank you!
@@annetteduguay6748 Hello Annette! Sorry I missed this. Yes I sure can refund your savings. Did you see my email about the replacement molds? We discovered some scuff marks that slipped past our QA in our hurry to ship, so we are remaking the damaged ones and will ship a new set to you in 3-4 weeks. The ones we sent can be used, the large geometric (ornaments) side is great, but the bracelet side has some non-shiny parts that are not to our quality standards. If you do want to cast with that side you may need to polish them. I'll have your new ones on the way ASAP, thanks again! - Fran
Hello Janette! I haven't had much luck with resining over embroidery because when the fibers get "wet", the dimension and texture doesn't show up nearly as well as when they are dry. Also, some colors will darken in resin. If you'd like to send me a photo of an example of your embroidery, I'll be happy to advise more specifically. Thanks for asking :) - Fran@little-windows.com
Hi Fran! It was so nice to meet you and visit with you! Thank you for all of the wonderful information! These molds look simply amazing and I can't wait to give them and the resin a try. Such a fantastic video fill with so many beautiful and creative ideas. I love seeing all of the different samples you made. I've watched the video a couple times and keep seeing new things. Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful weekend and Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🥧🍁🍂
Good evening Fran, I just stumbled across your site and love it already. You have so much information and helpful tips in your videos, thank you. I'm hoping to place an order for lottttts, if the postage is not too high to the UK. Fingers crossed xxxx

Couple questions: Why sand back & forth vs. in circles? Won't you get grooves with B&F?, and when using yarn, flowers, etc....items with a bubble tendency, would they work better to "pre-wet" them in the mixed resin first?
Hi Jan! Normally yes you'd absolutely want to sand in a circular motion, but on this particular project, since I'm only sanding the very thin ridges at the outside tops of the bangle, and then doming them with more clear Brilliant Resin, it won't show so it really doesn't matter. I should circular sand anyway just to reinforce good habits! And yes, you sure can pre-wet elements by dipping or coating them in resin before you embed them, but if you pour your resin while it's nice and thin, that should minimize bubbles. I actually liked the bubbles I got in the yarn one, but usually they show up where you don't want them so thanks for mentioning this tip :) Keep creating! - Fran
Hello! Nope, I'm using these Special Photo Papers for Resin, here's a link. Print on inkjet, no sealing required, and the colors stay beautiful in resin. www.little-windows.com/collections/special-papers
I HAVE THE BRACELET AND THE RING MOLDS COMING FOR THIS RESIN STUFF AND I ALSO HAVE SOME OTHER STUFF TO GO IN THEM TO IAM JUST WAITING FOR ALL MY MOLDS TO COME
Hello Peggy! I'm not sure if you ordered from little-windows.com, but if so please let me know how your creations turn out, and have fun!! fran@little-windows.com
Hi Jay! No I don't have one specifically on dog tags, but have a look at this post for doming and double-sided doming and it may give you some ideas :) www.little-windows.com/blogs/project-center/7836939-double-sided-doming-basics
Oooh, I love that one. I ran out of time to include it in the video, it follows the same technique as the photo bracelets, but I printed a leopard graphic on our Clear Photo Film, then just cut it in a strip to fit the mold. It was one of the easiest projects in this video, if you'd like a more opaque look you can also use leopard print fabric, but it looks amazing on the clear - subtle with a pop when it shows against your skin. I hope that helps, thanks for asking :) - Fran

Hello Tabatha! Your Brilliant Resin should be de-moldable any time after 12 hours, but it will stay a bit flexible for the first day. If you've added alcohol inks, or any other mediums into your castings that can also slow the cure, but within a few days they should harden up nicely. If your pieces are still bendy after a few days please send me some photos and I'll be happy to help troubleshoot with you. Thank you, keep creating :) - Fran@little-windows.com
Very clear and straight forward tutorial. Thanks very much for sharing. Can I get this mould to buy in UK 🇬🇧 please as postage from USA 🇺🇸 to England 🏴 is too expensive? Thanks a lot. UPDATE: I have just place an order for the 4 set of the bangle mould on LittleWindowsResin’s website (US). Thanks
LittleWindowsResin No, I haven’t had the chance to cast with my bangle/coaster yet. I will definitely share my experience with you as soon as I make my project. Thanks for checking.

You can gently use a butane lighter for surface bubbles. Also try placing your plastic mix container with resin in a bowl of hot water for a bit before using. When the resin gets warm/hot the bubbles rise to surface makes popping them easier.

HELP! I tried the bracelet blanks but when I add the glass to seal it, I can't get the air out of between the resin and the glass. Is there a technique for this? I've used Diamond glaze as well and still have air :0( Help?
Hello Rosalinda, we use Brilliant Resin in our bezels to avoid this issue. You can use it as a super-clear adhesive to stick your glass into bezels, or skip the glass and just use the resin, as shown in this tutorial. Follow this link: www.little-windows.com/blogs/project-center/88157511-resin-in-bezels Have fun!

Hi Tracey! There are links in the description below this video for particular products used, and here's a link to our homepage where you'll find lots more project ideas and quality supplies : www.little-windows.com/ Thanks for asking :)
No, that's really tricky as there are lots on the market already, and sizing is a difficult thing to manage. I hope you find what you're looking for :)
Hello Garima, I understand and appreciate your concern. I use Brilliant Resin, the safest epoxy you'll find. There is safety guidance on the bottles and in all of the maker guides, and I'm typically mixing small batches (1-2 TBSP), to make small projects, I cover them with dust covers, and have good ventilation in my space. Resins are sensitizers, meaning the more you're exposed, the more likely you may be to experience irritation. You'll need to consider situational use of both gloves and vapor masks/respirators, depending on the size of your project and your frequency of use. This is especially important if you're using a resin that contains more harmful chemicals, if you're working in a space that doesn't have good air flow, and/or if you're working on larger projects (canvases, tumblers, large castings, etc), making multiple projects simultaneously, mixing large batches, or not using dust covers. If you have chemical sensitivities, or plan to use a lot of resin, you'll certainly want protective gear. If you have any other questions email fran@little-windows.com and I'll be happy to help. Keep creating :) - Fran
Hello Janette! In case you're still interested, here's a discount code you can use to help offset shipping: LW1020, this should give you 10% OFF all goodies from www.little-windows.com/ Thanks for your feedback!
Hi Fran did received my emails if yes can you get back to me in my email which I wrote to you on about my buying history I also want to tell you how wonderfully you explain very clear thank for your videos please answer my question that I sent you. I also know that you are very busy thanking you in advance for your reply. have a great day
So irresponsible to not wear gloves or recommend eye and respiratory protection. There’s no such thing as safe resin; they all contain toxic chemicals. Everyone should read the Safety Data Sheets on every product they use and protect themselves accordingly. Resin is a fun and interesting hobby but just be safe.
Thank you Jen, I understand and appreciate your concern. I realize not all viewers are using our safer Brilliant Resin and may not have seen the safety guidance that comes on the bottles and in all of our guides, so we're working to focus more on safety and review situational use of both gloves and vapor masks/respirators. This is especially important if you're using a resin that contains more harmful chemicals than ours, if you're working in a space that doesn't have good air flow, and/or if you're working on larger projects (canvases, tumblers, large castings, etc), making multiple projects simultaneously, mixing larger batches, or not using dust covers. Thank you again for taking time to express your concern, I'll continue working to enhance all of the education I offer and communication I put out. Keep creating :) - Fran
Hello Lil Mo, we do recommend wearing protective gear if you're making many projects, larger projects, or have chemical sensitivities. However, I'm using a resin that's far safer than those you'll get in a craft store, I'm making small projects with small batches of resin that are contained in a mold, and the chance of getting resin on my skin is quite low. I also have good ventilation in my space, which we always recommend. This information is available in our guides, on our website, and in most if not all of our videos as well. I appreciate your feedback as it'll help us improve our communications, and I hope you're having fun creating while staying safe :) - Fran
