This is one of my personal favorites to burn out with at the end of back day!
I stack all 4 exercises together with 0 rest between movements.
When you've completed all 4 exercises that is 1 round.
Rest for 90 seconds between each round.
Do 4 round 10 reps each movement each round
1. Wide late pull-down
2. Underhand close grip lat pull-down.
3. Pull apart variation 1
4. Pull apart variation 2
