The DIY resistance band platform / base for your home gym.
The H1 anchors are open on one side. This lets you hook just one side of your band or both sides, depending on the exercise or desired resistance.
Materials:
-three(3) H1 wall anchors by Anchor Gym (Anchor Gym or Amazon)
-one (1) 7/16x24x48 OSB board cut into 8x42 and 16x42
-two(2) pieces 2x4 lumber, 42" long
-yoga mat cut to 15.5"x41.5"
-door mat carpet (dollar store)
-six (6) bolts, 5/16" x 2"
-twelve(12) 5/16" washers
-six(6) 5/16" nuts
-#6 x 1-5/8" construction screws
-3/4" wood screws
-gorilla tape
-carpet tape
-wood glue
