That was so smooth I didn't even realize we were finished! That never happens for me. I'm a lala and I need to not feel like I'm working out to work out 🤣🤣
That was great! As a beginner I love that the bands customize. I couldn’t do a couple exercises for the full 40 secs but I’ll get there. Totally gonna incorporate this into my routine! Great job!
This has got to be one of the workouts that I try my hardest to push myself with, I tried this workout the first time with a light or medium resistance band felt that it wasn't enough for me so tried with the heavy resistance band and needless to say I am feeling it. Some of these I was like “that’s not gonna hurt” I WAS VERY WRONG. I have a hard time feeling my ab workouts.. this was by far the best video I’ve used!!!
These mini band workouts are the only home workout I've ever been able to stick to, thank you so much for making these videos! Even my cat laid down on the floor with me and tried to join in with this one today.
I just subscribed! I've been recovering from covid for a long time and one of the things I really miss are my intense high cardio workouts I used to do. Doc said resistance bands are a good place to start bc it won't put too much pressure on my heart or breathing. I couldn't make it to the end of the video today and had to stop several times to modify, but my first goal is to make it halfway through without modifications and then make it to 13 minutes. I used to cycle 15 miles in 45 minutes as a warm up, and now getting to 13 minutes seems like a big goal, but it's all baby steps and one day at a time, one goal at a time. I can't wait to dive into more of your videos and workouts! :)

@@LiveFitness yes thanks! I did it again tonight and still have to modify some of the walking planks and catch my breath with some breaks but it felt better than it did before, and I made it 30 seconds further! wooooo!
Good work out routine thank you 💪 I mainly use resistance bands for arm exercises so good to have some ab exercises etc . Resistance band exercises are harder work than weight lifting my dumbells to be honest 🤣
That last one was the best for me. I watch many videos to pick and pull from and i definitely felt the burn from a few of your workouts. So i know what i need to do. THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS

@@dionnet2574 you could look for some resistance band packs, they often come with light, medium and heavy! then you could try out, if not pls get medium instead of heavy ones immediately

I am just starting out with resistance bands and I love working with them ! I am 55 and starting to get back in shape :} I weigh 134 right now and looking to strengthen my back and hips and now I have some one to follow Thank you ;}
I have to be honest, I get super frustrated and discouraged doing exercises like this at home. I feel nothing. I cant tell if Im doing it wrong or if its too easy for me.
It was nice and sweet till I got to that last work out. I am now following your work outs. Wow. I felt it and really loved the new burn in my lower abs.

Awesome Shelley, the bands can be a little daunting at first not knowing how to use but you soon get the swing of them and o hope this workout helped to do that ☺️
Does anyone else have the issue where one band is so loose if flies off your feet but the next band up is so strong that you feel it in your legs instead of your abs?
This is not for a beginner. lol but I tried them all, and the planks are really hard, I can't feel anything there. But the crunches, and the staggered leg, really good. It's hard to do when you don't know what you're doing...
Keep going with it! Even if you can’t perform or hold for the full time period I promise you will get better - also check out my beginner series there’s an ab routine there ☺️
I like your style of workup. I didn't do as well as I like because I think I need the type of bands you have, I have 3 sets but none really worked with your work out. Can someone tell me what to get
