All separation is merely an illusion. Yet using word language to describe things within and all around us, is a "separation" in and of itself. But what we misunderstand so often is that we were never looking for an explanation. We are only ever looking for awareness or relief from suffering. When we find relief only then are we in a space to find awareness. So, the words aren't a separation. But a pathway to what we really desire. And what we really desire, above all other things, is the feeling that comes from awareness. Not the awareness itself. The feeling OF it. Got it ? Good. Have a wonderful night all. ❤

There is a progression in this understanding. You can confuse ppl by telling one they are not the body and then telling them that they are the body. Establish one first then progress to the other understanding is wisdom
