Adam demonstrates a drill you can use to improve your front crawl (flutter kick) legs. This is also great exercise and can be incorporated into your water workout to improve your core strength and leg muscles.
The float acts as a resistance wall for the water, and by pushing yourself against it, you are training your leg muscles and conditioning your body to get into the habit of using the flutter kick to aid in body position when swimming on your front.
