The thing is I think I wanna save again for summer banner which I dunno how long it'll be from this point. Like 4months? Maybe 3 or even 2? Assuming halloween comes first. I really want swimsuit ryza and resna. I have alot of the sparkable chars and while some are "falling off", I rather roll for more chars I want rather than keep up with rolling units for the sale of being better than wat the meta previously was. Unless the meta completely invalidates every char I own then sure I guess. Also rolls are fairly hard to get so I rather use my gems for ryza and resna, if I manage to get both Id spark for klaudia or flocke.
Also got the memoria. Since I have Ryza and Lydie I'll pass on her and save my spark for lady Saskia. Don't know yet if she's good, but I'm waiting for her since day 1.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this if you get a chance Angela (or anyone else in the comments). So tempted to spark bolt Logy just because crafting magic stun damage is so horrible with out him, do we ever get another character who who can let us get a full magic stun damage synth team? Also, I went 0-6 on the academy banners, blew all my savings plus a little real money, but got nothing but enough items to spark another character. From what I understand, none of the academy characters are worth sparking on their own, you want the whole "team" or they're just decent. Other then Blogy and the academy girls, other top characters I'm missing include Flokke (seems redundant do to Blydie), Rose Lydie (I really missed having a defender who could boost phy skill damage during that strike Roman tournament but not sure where else I'd use her), This Bolt Klaudia, and Slash Rorona. Am I being foolish for considering Blodgy in this situation, and if so, who should I target with my spark? After Blodgy my next pick would be Boklaudia.
I'm somewhat tempted to say, reserve medals for better characters. Academy Rorona is actually very good with Strike Valeria, if you have her. I was able to SS the new old event EX challenges very easily with that combo. As a purely F2P player who seemingly gets lucky (sometimes), Bolt Logy is pretty OP in terms of magic stun synthesis. He connects to Shallie and Lila; thus far, I have never struggled to line up 3/4 magic stun damage synthesis for every equipment I've wanted to make for magic breakers. Another point I must make is: there's no really good magic breaker compared to physical breakers currently. The best one right now is Academy Ryza. Bolt Logy's critical guarantee niche isn't that great now that we have an item for it. I don't know if you're good on Winter Totori and Christmas Resna, either. I feel like they'd be far superior synthesis options to spark for.
i haven't used stun damage gear on JP in months and clear all content just fine not worth in general i don't like giving spark advice in comments though but i sparked Air Totori and Onsen Klaudia and never regretted either of them
Absolute spark tier Waifu Claudia. That's all I can say. I just got her while trying to get Master Saskia on JP. What's your evaluation about their synergy? And one irrelevant question if you don't mind: I intend to spark Johanna, since I still haven't gotten Rose Val. Who do you think is better overall? I have Escha, M.Ryza and Strike Juna for my usual existing team.
Spent all my 30k gems just to pull Academy Resna lol. Question: I’m currently using Rose Val, Secret Amnesia Val for my attackers, Flocke, 2 defenders regular Sophie and Rose Lydie (I know I should just be having one defender but I couldn’t decide which one to use lol) I pulled Academy Sophie from a daily pull and now also have Academy Resna. Should I swap Secret Amnesia Val for Academy Resna? And Sophie or Lydie for Academy Sophie? Thanks!
Now I understand why you were losing interest in the game...Academy being a "big event" isn't a good enough excuse for me. I've never played a game that pulled this kind of laziness to last for multiple banners. Single story events are a problem for f2p since we're getting significantly less gems, too. 100 for one story is a joke.
@@Maki-vp8mw That would be fine and dandy if it didn't cost an absurd amount of stamina in order to unlock all those dumb lotto boxes. They copied this event style from every other gacha game, and made it the worst one possible since they force you to get EVERYTHING before moving on to the next box instead of letting you move on once you get the high priority rewards.
@@saintfayde4438 I mean, all the events are stamina sinks. I easily used 10k stamina for the Academy. And everything is skip anyway so the sink is only on resources instead of time. Idk, it's a pretty regular thing to have one huge event in gacha and then a few low key stuff. It's not just hard to keep that schedule up, but exhausting. Even Genshin takes 6 weeks instead of 3.
@@raze2012_ The difference is that the stamina is MANDATORY to get the gems from these lotto boxes. If you don't have enough cookies to run this thing through all the boxes, then you're not getting all the gems. The stamina sink in previous events is NOT mandatory. You're strictly farming them for the synth materials. You can't put the two on the same level
@@saintfayde4438 I suppose my big disconnect is opportunity cost. What else are you saving the stamina for? You gotta burn the natural stamina and probably grind some dungeons for synths. That's where it's not like most gacha; you're just getting event currency while doing whatever you are focusing on. And we get a decent amount of stamina nowadays. I never did the math, but I wouldn't be surprised if natural stamina gets you 70% the way through the event.
