This sounds a lot like somatic therapy for black people and I love it! The focus on what the body feels in any given situation is lost once we are no longer toddlers. But a lot of how we react today or how our child/children act is learned from since we/they were born and I love that he’s shining the light on the black experience on this particular topic

Everytime I continuously skip over a suggested Breakfast Club interview, then finally watch it (usually because it played automatically) it ends up being one of the most profound interviews I didn't know I needed to see/hear. This interview is one of them along with the recent Les Brown interview. These are the interviews I will watch often and pick up new things. Just like a classic book. 🙌🏿

No wonder people are trolling. Literally everything consumed/watched. There are people behind the scenes/unseen. Editing and narrating which equates to trolling. People who go out of their way, basically fiending to transfer their negative energy. Obviously don't get how much of a contradiction it is. Obviously I don't care about Charlemagne accusations and neither does anyone randomly commenting to me about him. 😊💚🙏🏾 Be blessed, it's all love over here and nobody and no demonic force will EVER change that 😘.

She does not share the culture and I noticed her jumping in to change the subject just as he was making an important point. I really do not get why she is on the show at all. Same with Envy.

Thank you for that. It is good and true. I'm very happy that someone has articulated these manifestations. They have been hidden in response to surviving but they are always acted out in daily living. The reaction has to have somewhere to go. I could feel the pain of many who were unable to apologize and realized it was too late to undo the damage they passed on to their children or in their workplace.

I wish I could of learned more from my grand parents & nem that migrated from the Jim Crow south but they did not want to talk about it at all. I almost failed a class because my paper on the oldest living family member was going nowhere. In hindsight later I realized why my great aunt jumped from Alabama to when she was in Chicago when discussing her past. She didn't want to talk about Bama.

Yea my grandparents were the same on both sides one side was from Tulsa Oklahoma and was apart of black Wall Street we asked him about it on video and he kinda skipped over it and said his family has worked hard for everything And is grateful for what they accomplished. It’s sad because this is a ploy by racist so our history is never told and rectified
