2023 Conference Championship semifinal condensed game - 9/16/2023 - Resmondo/Smashit/All American/Menosse (FL-Major) vs Competitive Edge/Suncoast/FBI/Olmito (FL-Major) at the Indy Sports Park in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was 70 degrees and they used the Dudley Stadium ZN ball (FK code) on a 335-390-395-335-295 foot field with a 16 HR limit.

The centerfielder from CE Lensdeski I think is how you spell it. He’s the next big player that’s about to blow up into a whole new level of ball player. Speed, power, can base hit it, great outfielder and from what I heard a really cool, down to earth person and teammate. If I had one thing to say to him it would be not to act bigger than the game. Be humble and keep wanting to get better and you’ll do fine.

Just a rec league player here, but how come none of the infielders have solid noodles? They’re all 2-3 bounce throws to first. Is that better than just hitting first in the chest?

its turf, and 80' foot bases, you prolly play on 65' maybe 70' bases, the loss in velocity from the skip throws is worth it to limit the chance of sailing one.

Purcell is the one that demanded the infielders to skip it because of the good hop it gives. Marshburn still throws upper 80’s possibly low 90’s.

Long ass bases, plus Balls are hit so hard means the fielders have a lot of time. Fielders are also playing deep, making the risk of a bad throw higher. Bouncing it minimizes this risk. These guys all have cannons they can break out when they need it.

I hate the leagues that allow pitchers to do the fakes. It never fools anyone outside of an 'E' league, and just annoys viewers and fielders.

At this level, that's the only way you're ever gonna see a strike out or get foul outs. Unless u want to see a cookie fest and every batter crushing the ball like a HR Derby, otherwise it makes the game a lil more challenging.
