Respect:
Football players make big hits on defense all the time, every game. It feels good to get a hit, to make a big play. Celebrate with your teammates, then get back to the huddle.
You want to gloat? You want to show off and let the other team know just how great you are? You already proved you're a great player, so there's no need for smack talk. The next play, you might get plowed over by a pulling lineman. While many defensive players make great plays, many also make dumb plays and get burned by a receiver for a touchdown or blocked off their feet to earn colorful grass stains on the back of their jersey.
When you are successful, be proud, and be humble. Show respect to your opponent after you make a play against them...the next play might be theirs.
Note: the 3MV team struggled to find footage of football players acting disrespectfully after big hits. Most players showed their excitement, some celebrated, then they made their way back to the huddle.
