You are Living with Muslims for 20 Long Years and still away from submission to Allah. Are they really Muslims? I have doubts. Please do pray and beg Almighty Allah that He makes it easy for you to submit to Him in Islam. I know, there are very few there in the Arab world who invite others to Islam. I know of a German Engineer working with me in Saudi Arabia who when I invited him to Islam and to Shahadah in Islam, he readily agreed, but stated that in the many decades that he lived among the Muslims, none ever invited him to Islam. Generally Muslims due to evil influence of Westernisation have lost their confidence both in themselves and in their faith. An unconfident person doesn’t invite others to Islam. Allah Kareem. Please don’t waste time. Phone a local mosque and inform them of your interest to become a Muslim. They shall arrange Shahadah. Insha’Allah I am presently living as a retired elderly in the UK. Totally agree...many years i'm suffering from Insomnia and lost. I still remember one night one of his video made me feel comfortable, getting better sleep and then later on I feel the calling. I embraced Islam, Alhamdullillah...and now Alhamdullah i feel blessed and at peace in all aspect of my life....Alhamdullah, I am thankful that Allah(SWT) used him to guide me and lead me to know Allah (SWT).

As a practicing Catholic myself, I love to listen to Mufti Menk lectures. The respect he has for all people of all walks of life is amazing. I've seen Catholics and Muslims alike speak their faiths in ways that only benefit themselves and may divide people. When Mufti Menk speaks, it is all about respect and unity, as we are all children of Allah.

It is Aug 28 2020 and since my Masjid in California is still closed this was my Jumma this was my comfort this was my uplift from not being isolated. It is the 9th of Muharram 1442 and in I few hours I will break my fast. I have many positive thoughts on your words.

There are aspects of Christianity and Islam which are similar. After all we all believe in one true god. I would recommend doing research because if it brings you peace maybe that is your calling
It’s the same God. The way I understand it, God came to get people back to the one God. Jesus is one of the greatest prophets in Islam and Islam believes in all of Jesus miracles. They just don’t believe in the cross. God is good, and wonderful & loves everyone. That’s why when someone is really speaking about God, it feels so good. I believe trees feel things...we know from story of prophet. I say salam to plants, flowersand trees and I almost cried when my daughter touched the bark of a tree on a recent nature trip and said Salam Alaikum... ♥️

Especially the example he gave about the tree. سبحان الله I’ve never thought about it in that sense. My perspective has changed regarding life and I just want Mufti Menk to know that I really appreciate his lectures and how he is so understanding when it comes to he youth. As salamu alaikum wr wb. I wanted to maybe give a little tid bit as well. InshaAllah I am sure you are aware of the Periodic Table of elements, correct? Just ponder on this, everything in the earth and sky are from combinations of these elements. Think about how doctors say we have "trace elements" in our bodies. HMMMM And think about how Allah puts them together. So in essence our trees, our plants, rocks, sea, coral reefs, fish, everything is a combination, or how I like to say it, (A different recipe) of these elements Allah puts together. That is why HE said, I could of easily made you a tree or a rock, but I made you man in order for you to reflect and worship me. Allahu akbar! Just the power in that should blow our little minds. Salam Aleykoum brothers and sisters as a revert who came from Christianity to Islam I would like to add that it is also the duty of Muslims to acknowledge that other religions also have good teachings and that by acknowledging this one does not lose their religious or cultural identity. Allah gave us a little bit of knowledge it is up to us to seek knowledge. It is a two way street. I love mufti Menk. I love his messages that he delivers. He preaches love and compassion for all humanity when so many religious leaders from the various faiths have forgotten this basic but most important message which forms the foundations of almost every religion in the world.

I am a christian but my husband is a muslim he is not even told me to comvert to islam but when i saw him praying 5 times i cant control my tears. That time i am starting to know more about islam i found out how beautiful it was then i was starting to learn the salah even i cant memorize, i keep on listening sermons about islam until i fall inlove with Allah that much. Then my husband saw differrence how i act and respecting everyrhing now, then he told me he is always praying for me 5 times a day that Allah will guide to the right path and pray to Allah the way he do.
Somehow I have searched for something like this for quite sometime now. I have now finally found it, in adequate abundance. These end times require this sort of preaching most.

I know he's got me here for a lot of different reasons! He's thwarted all my suicide attempts! I can't get away with it anymore! Every time I think the bottom is ready to fall out, he surprises me! The bottom line is this! God is beyond being a genius, but I'm a complete idiot! But he loves me just the way I am, accept my sins, he doesn't like those! Yes indeed, God has got me figured out!

Christianity does not claim that we should fear and be frightened, like islam. that is why Christians are far more tolerant, patient, caring and honest, they prove that if you are inspired by love and forgiveness, you archive more. Frightened people are passive, gullible and hostile, like we see in muhamedans. Muhamedans are always angry, emotional and accusing because they live to avoid hell. And we need to know that we Muslims love Jesus. But Jesus was a man. God is One and has no partner. Jesus ate. A person who eats cannot be God or His son. This is blasphemy.
