Here cut means lesion. Jaise khi pathway me koi lesion ho jaye means koi nerve press ho jaye ya fir nerve ke kuch fibers kat jaye 🙏

Ya 12th cranial nerve is not vagus. It is Hypoglossal. In regulation of resp vagus is very important so by mistake I told 12th nerve as vagaus. Thanks for point out. All listeners please correct it.
