for me, this is like a different kind of nostalgia. it's almost the same as the usual feeling, but without the tears wishing for simpler times. instead i just listened, taking in the fullness of the instrumental. every note in every chord and how it harmonized with the lyrics. the same way the song itself harmonized with my memories. i dunno if this odd reaction of mine means 2020/life has changed me somehow, but i do know this is going on my playlist. thanks for this, siiva.
I can hardly say I've heard a better mashup than this one. It's crazy how well songs can work together no matter how different their respective genres are.
I can feel that the person who made this did not intend it as a meme, he intended to tickle our emotions with nostalgia and a beautiful rip overall Like the vid if u agree
The rips made just for the sake of sounding good are some of my favorites, actually ^_^ Surprisingly, the truly funny thing is, that a lot of the regular rips made for the meme wind up sounding good, anyway :)
There are 6 tracks they didn't rip (Danger Mystery, Ghouliday, Chill, Stronger Monsters, You Idiot, SAVE the World). Also Bonetrousle and Bring It In, Guys! technically don't have a rip, but they have duplicate rips.
The "no Undertale rule" only meant that people couldn't get the entire soundtrack. They could still get Undertale if it applied to them. Like missingno got gasters theme and amalgam because they fit his source list. I think ZUN was really the only one with it fully.
Hang on, I need clarification: Are you actually Mr. Own, or merely one of his associates taking up the torch in his absence? This is crucial to the comments Lore™, I gotta know man D:
