4:44 your Stayc opinion is the exact same one I have for Aespa. Many people say their concept is getting old or they are disappointed with each comeback. I could not disagree more. Ever since they made their debut I was hooked and I loved every single comeback. Their beauty, music, stages, outfits, etc are right up my alley. (Except they keep giving the members the same few "kinds" of outfit every stage...but thats a different topic). To me, them and TXT are the ultimate 4th gen leaders.
One time I got home from school and my 9 yo sister was at home and I wanted to listen to twice, so I put on the yes or yes MV bc it’s one of my faves and my sister was like “ew they are so ugly their eyes are too big” like they heck? She already wears glasses but dang I think she needs a new prescription 😭

Bts praved the way Wonder girl proved the way Girls generation praved the way Boa praved the way Super junior praved the way Big bang praved the way Everyone praved the way in their own way no one praved the way for kpop overall and I wouldn't say prave I would say contributed to kpop not praved the way
Produce 48 has been the most successful group out of a survival show. All bops. Kepler can’t even compete. Got amazing bops from each new projects after Izone’s disbandment. I’ve, Yena, Eunbi, Yuri, Haewon, and soon more. Also as much as I hated Wonyoung for winning first place (because it was rigged), she proved that she deserved first and now I’m a fan 🤷🏻♀️ Sakura will always be center of produce 48 but Wonyoung is the new IT girl 💕
i kinda think the whole ___ paved the way is like for me as an example i got into kpop with BTS - Dope so for me i would say BTS kinda paved the way for me. i just think that its whoever got you into kpop

your opinion about IZONE has nothing to do with the reddit opinion. the reddit opinion didn't criticize them as a group. they criticized the show and the final line up. WHICH IS FACTS!!!!!1. the show was terrible for not showcasing all of the girls. and they didn't even train the girls. they provided feedback but it wasn't like they were giving vocal lessons and dance lessons on the show like they did in IDOL SCHOOL (another terrible show but at least they had training). the final line up was also trash because sakura should've been the center not wonyoung and of course the riggory of it all
With the whole paved the way thing, it's not just one group/person, every group, big or small, help change, innovate and bring new fans to k-pop and pave their own success. BTS paved the way for themselves and had a big contribution to k-pop as a whole, same for PSY, it could be argues that PSY had a bigger impact but who really cares? Does it really matter? 1st gen created k-pop 2nd gen changed k-pop to what we know now and were the first to branch out internationally 3rd gen brought even more fans into k-pop and brought worldwide success 4th gen have only just started so we don't know what their impact will be yet, they might just build off what the 3rd gen did and that will help grow and expand k-pop too Each generation, each group, each producer, each writer, each choreographer, stylist, etc all helped form k-pop into what it is today and each of them helped make k-pop what it is today and helped it grow in popularity, it isn't just one person, it was everyone. I don't see the point in fighting over it.
Even though I'm an army that's not true , boa , big bang , 2ne1 and girls generation paved the way Sure bts made it more famous , but these groups made it famous and introduced people to kpop first
@@multistan1664 The fact that I don't even know who boa is says enough and second of all big bang shouldn't even be in here they literally assaulted women and third of all I'm not sure you know what paving the way means but Bts did pave the way because people internationally knew about K-pop through Bts when I used to listen to Gangnam style when I was younger I didn't even know that it was K-pop nobody internationally knew about K-pop when all those groups existed did any of the groups you listed get invited to ANY American award shows? I don't think so
@@lubaba2321 first of all we're not talking about who you know , we're talking about who everybody knows Second of all I know big bang did that but we're talking about music and in their time they were EXTREMELY famous Third of all , as I said earlier , not everyone got into kpop cause of them , A LOT of people got into kpop because of the groups I mentioned earlier A lot of people were there in the kpop Fandom before bts even existed , they did help in bringing international fans but they're not the ONLY group who paved the way
