Thank you for sharing this list. After slogging it through three highly acclaimed 4-5/star books on Goodreads that I thought were awful, I was searching for book talk RU-vidrs who might be a better source for recommendations. All these people sound like they will be fun to listen to and learn from so thank you!

So I just read your review of McCall's Art of Anatomy in Medieval Europe and it sounds pretty good. I'll probably get it since that was my course of study in college and my personal hero was Andreas Vesalius who was the first person to study human anatomy scientifically and ushered in the the modern era of medicine
