Respot Error???

We're back after a while (trying to enjoy the summer!) with a clip from the recent PBA Tour Finals where an unusual situation occurred and left us wondering whether or not there was an error on a respot.

The USBC ruling is that it should be respotted as the 10 pin. That's the pin that was originally left. It would have been left where it was if pinsetter didn't sweep it off the deck.

@@thepinsetterchannel2943 I have been in situations involving this rule, where the Head Pin actually knocked over the 10 pin, while standing up in between 9-10 pin spots. If I didn't have others watching or recording, the other person I was bowling against was going to force it to be a 10 pin. The fact I had others confirm it was originally the head pin helped me a lot in those instances.

@@s1l3nc3r3 That's an interesting situation. I'm curious to know how it was resolved. Was the head pin respotted to the head pin position? Certainly easier than a ten pin!
