Hey everyone, welcome to day 24 of the RESTART series! After two back-to-back exams, I'm feeling completely exhausted. Despite the fatigue, I knew I had to push myself to complete today's workout because the rest of my day was packed with activities.
Right after the exam, I headed straight to the gym to knock out my triceps workout that I missed the day before due to class. After the gym session, I chilled with friends at our favorite spot and later celebrated my friend OM's birthday in the evening. It was an eventful and tiring day, but we made it through!
Here’s the workout I completed:
1. Smith Machine Romanian Deadlift (3 sets, 8-12 reps)
2. Leg Press (2 sets, 20 reps)
3. Leg Curls (3 sets, 15-20 reps)
4. Hip Abduction Machine (2 sets, 20 reps)
5. Leg Raises (50 reps, depending on sets)
6. Cable Triceps Overhead Extension (3 sets, 15-20 reps)
7. Triceps Push Down (1 set to failure) + Single Arm Triceps Push Down (1 set, 10-12 reps each)
