Thanks Phil!👍 I tried bypass it years back, but at lower ambient was getting very thin ice to the point that it just melts of Evap plate during harvest, so I always replace them, sometimes just T it of liquid line service port, but i always replace install cycling switches 👍
@@MaratRPMSoCal Yea , I have Allways done in warm kitchens , with maybe greasy condenser with air filter on them. Have u tried readjusting timer block to add time in cold applications. It would probably work. Just click the 512 switch over to add 8 minutes to cycle. And the 256 if necessary to get your cycle time you need. You could just click a bunch over and time the needed cycle time when suction hits 30 Psig. Just a thought to get u out of a jam or get u a few days till u can get a switch.
@@OcRefrig I did play with those timers before, but at the coldest nights specially by PCH cities, that not even enough. I know that I dont need to worry about it once cycle control is installed👍. this place is a juicery, so no heat in the restaurant, wouldn't risk it for them to bypass. I thought to get peanut generic switch from Johnston at the beginning and just T it of liquid service valve, but then Its not that bad looking machine to start re-do manufacture set up on it
thank you! I kinda knew that there is nothing behind solenoid, for models with 2 hot gas valse you will have to open that valve with magnet while recovery 👍
