Everything in California is closing expect the groceries store and hospitals and law office so what r these people coming to the United States for they can go to there own country and sell food
The lawsuit will get the restaurant owners a couple days of coverage but in the end it's a waste of time. Just because there is a law on the books doesn't mean they have to enforce it. Retail theft has been on the books forever and the city doesn't enforce it. Also the excuse that it happens at night and on the weekend is just that an excuse. Change the hours of the people who work in the health and permits enforcement office, obviously working only Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 isn't the hours needed to do their jobs. Those hours only work for them to go after legitimate businesses that have a physical location.
@rustopher9318 .....i used to visit SD all the way from sunny Scotland twice a year up until around 2004 when i seen it drastically go downhill.......such a beautiful place before then............i now spend all my disposable income touring Scotland as its the best country in the world.
Where are the health inspectors? I am sure 100% of these vendors will be not passing health inspections second, where are the IRS agents these people will never pay income tax on the money they make that’s why they do these cash businesses like this. Some of these food trucks are also friends for drugs guaranteed.
Wow, that is sooo wrong and alot of illigal immigrants came over here the right way and actually own alot of those resturants, pay taxes, lease the building thy are in etc...that is just horrible and shame that was a great area at one time now it looks crazy
Customers are the issue. They dont want to pay $50 for a hamburger at a restaurant. Either way, you're going to get food poisoning. Restaurants aren't clean either. Solution, stay home & cook your own food.🤔
The vendors should be allowed a place like a few acers of land away from the brick and mortar businesses for the majority of people who can't afford to eat in restaurants and McDonald's anymore !
The math has a taxing amount on People who want to eat out, As well those in the catering businesses! Restaurants have assumed a burdening overhead to stay afloat, As local officials realized the cash flow to be continuously tapped, Exhibit A: Waitresses and Waiters new taxation system to deal with! Venders can undermine that whole scenario, Sell a reasonable product at a reasonable price, And there ya are. A public with less spendable income and a source of where that money will regain its value! Democratic national meddling at its finest hour has landed in its own lap, So the blame goes to the enterprisers of comprising! Well played, Ahh not really!
Soo.. The restaurants are loosing money to uncooked bacon and floor dropped 🌭 ... Speaks more to the restaurants, cause aint no way I'm heading out for a steak, and deviate for a damn hotdog or taco. 🙄 they start looting isa problem. The go homeless and pitchba tent.. its a problem. There is enough money out there to be made. McDonald's will open next to Burger King every opportunity.. Chick fil a will pop on their scene each time too. WaWa will jump right next to BP or Shell. Battle of the brand not distance. Their brands must need work🤷🏿♂️
I live in Nicaragua. There are street vendors all over the city serving food and many, many restaurants who are not in danger of closing because of them. The food that is being served on the street is not the same that is served in a restaurant. They serve a different clientele. So I think the restaurants here have a different problem, maybe that their customers don't want to come to that area at night or something maybe.
Tax payers and business need to go after the elected and hired public officials personally for abandoning their oaths and responsibilities. Remove them from public service permanently.
