Ingredients:
Marinated Chicken-100 grams
Eggs-5
Veggies:
Cabbage-1/4 th
Carrot-1
Green Capsicum-1/2 piece
Red, yellow, and orange bell pepper- each 1 small
Beans-15 beans
Green piece-1\2 small cup
Sweet corn- 1/2 small cup
Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce-1 tsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Salt- taste for salt
Oil- 6 tsp
For Chicken Marination:
Chicken-100 grams
Turmeric-1\2 tsp
Mirchipowder-1\2 tsp
Salt-taste for salt
Chicken masala-1\2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1\2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1\2 tsp
Jeera powder- 1\2 tsp
Pepper- pinch
Process:
1. 1.Let’s cut veggies like cabbage, carrot, green, red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, beans.
2. Add marinated chicken in 2 tsp oil. Saute the marinated chicken until it's tender, then transfer it to a bowl.
3. Whisk 5 eggs, add to oiled pan, sauté for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, transfer to bowl.
4. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and vegetables to the pan one by one. Sauté on high heat for 5 minutes then add pinch salt and pepper.
5. Mix 1 bowl of cooked rice with 1 tsp each of Schezwan sauce, red chili sauce, and soy sauce. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Add fried chicken and scrambled eggs, sauté for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with coriander and curry leaves, serve hot and enjoy!
