I'm so glad you didn't use a lot of oil like so many other recipes on RU-vid. Their chicken is swimming in oil. Of all the others this one is my favorite. I have already made it once (without the yogurt only because l didnt have any) and it turned out delicious. Tomorrow l will make it again. Chicken is marinating in the fridge now (WITH yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice to tenderize). Cant wait to "taste" how it turns out!

I created a chicken curry from Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana channel and it was way too thick and over spiced. This is much better, more natural, simpler, but with a complex taste. Love it. This is the best chicken curry recipe I've ever had. The only thing I did differently was add about half of the called for chilli powder. Still spicy but not agonizingly spicy
