Filed RCR in husband's place, on the 3rd hearing wife came to court and asked for transfer to her hometown TRCMP case and court also transferred the case. After that there is no response. Wife's side advocate counsel they are just arguing that she cannot live together but asking for transfer.

Hello mam I'm a big follower/ Fan of you from Chennai. As mam clearly mentioned there must not be any grounds of cruilty. So if the husband is very genuine and if he files RCR, the next summon he will get is from the charge of either Domestic Violence or 498A against husband and his family. So that it would be a valid ground for cruilty. And inorder to fight and prove that no evidence of DV or 498A itself it will take minimum 2years. After that the next process is they will go for Divorce. This is what happened to me. So I would say RCR is just option but might not work all the time. Taught of sharing my experience so that it might help someone at sometime.
Correct, RCR is just confirmation whether u ready to live with same or not to get more money they use 498a domestic violence, not ready to live it will go to dv only

If it is a mistake happened from the women's family/family member. How is it handled, is that so women cell will only function in favour of girls but in real if the culprits happens from girls family side.

Hi Madam, I am asking for my friend, Can he file a RCR if his wife left from his home to her home during 7th month of pregnancy( hindu custom of going to wife's house at 7th month). After that not coming back to husband's home,during the birth took place baby had less weight (Due to not being properly taken care by her parents during 3 months after living husband's home) over this matter her parents insulted husband's father and mother. During naming ceremony of baby husband didn't attended as their family members informed it will be discussed,but didn't happened and conducted the ceremony. Also chorunu also they didn't even checked with husband whether he and his parents can reach their or not, they conducted without husband's consent. On asked wife to come back to home, it was denied and told to find a rented house.
