old air conditioners that are out of date in Japan will be sent to poor countries. Before being reused these air conditioners will be restored as new. If there are any mistakes in the video please leave a comment to let us know. Thank you.
YUKI JINJUJI No All Japanese Air Conditioner Brands Today Like Sharp, Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Sanyo And Daikin We’re Made In China, Indonesia, Malaysia And Thailand And They We’re Sold Worldwide And They Use 230/240 Volts AC At 50/60Hz And These We’re Also Sold In Southeast Asia Like Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, And The Philippines
Great Job... I also have a Japanese Daikin Super Multi Series from 2002 here in Turkiye and it's running great since then. No issues except for yearly maintenance. Last year I applied hydrogen peroxide + sunlight to all indoor unit plastics and now they look brand new.
this is a daikin air conditioner. This is one of the best brands for air conditioning in the works. maybe you should try painting the logo back on the machine xD
I am a current employee for daikin in Texas they still make lots of AC, the facility is so big you can put 3 actual 747 planes ✈️ inside it’s stupid big
2 things you can improve upon.. 1. Use a fin comb to quickly and easily straighten out the bent fins. 2. Instead of painting the plastic which will even really start peeling, it's better to use hydrogen peroxide to restore the plastic back to the original color. There are lots of tutorials on how to do it on youtube
Some trivia here: White plastics goes yellowish over time because of the flame retardants and other chemical shit they put into them these days. Another reason they don't last and go brittle over time too depending on the type of plastic. I found an old plastic razor holder/dispenser for an old time Gillette razor, with 'new' blades still inside. I'm guessing the plastic casing is about 30 to 40 years old as they belonged to my grandfather and guess what? The case is still pristine white and still strong as the day it was made. The crap they put into plastics these days … yeesh.
@@donniebrown2896 my bad. I was thinking about the paint that's peeling off on my scooter fairing. I completely forgot that once the indoor unit is mounted on the wall, it will never see any impacts or be exposed to the sun's uv rays which might lead to the paint peeling 😁
Restoration Scrap One Question Do You Live In Vietnam? Since Vietnamese Mains Electricity Uses 230/240V AC And The Aircon You Restored Has Been Imported From Japan And It Uses 100V AC
you are a genius ! i seldom spent nearly half an hour to watch a video in air conditioner cleaning. however, i think the machine is not really dirty enough to deserve so much effort. thank you.
Nice work! Japanese A/Cs are top quality products for sure, I have myself one japanese A/C too (mine is a Fujitsu-General though) and I recommend japanese products to anyone who wants a new A/C. Here's a tip for you: it's recommended to clean the internal unit and it's fan with anti-Fungi detergent, there are "A/C specific" products for this in the market, I hope you can find it. Cheers from Brazil! 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Great job! I was hoping you would test it and you did. Then you also pumped it down. Well done. I'm an AC contractor in the US. So I know what you just did wasn't easy. Keep up the good work.
Esse daí é brabo de mais eu assitir o vídeo todo pensando que ele tinha esquecido de colocar fita pra proteger as especificações do equipamento mas ele fez tudo de forma impecável 👏👏👏
It's not latest model but I wouldn't call it old... I think it has just been very well used. It is using R410A and is inverter made in 2011. Older air con use R22 with fixed speed AC motor.
São mais caros mas valem a pena. Você se surpreenderia pelo tanto de ar condicionado Fujitsu de quase 20 anos de idade (e alguns até mais velhos) que vejo rodando até hoje em Clínicas Médicas aqui na minha cidade... They are more expensive but are worth it. You would be surprised by the amount of Fujitsu air conditioners that are almost 20 years old (and some even older) which I still see running nowadays in Medical Clinics here in my city ...
Awesome hat 🧢 dood 👍👌 And the vegetables are very well watered also.... 👍 😎Cool Dedicated dood..... Us mortals will never be able do that.... 👍 Good job is an understatement.... Absolutely fantastic👍👏👍👏
Nice job. Came out like new. Thank you for showing us that everything used is not trash. I will definitely remember this video when I have to do the same in the near future. This is how you know America is so far behind on everything. Models like these are barley being used over here. I've probably seen 10-20 of them in my life time and it's the year 2020. Don't even get me started on the temperature app. Every year Samsung and Apple give us a new phone that costs over $1000 with crap I find useless and they can't throw in a little thermometer?!?!?? BRUH 😒 Screw this I'm going back into my cave to work on my flying Tesla with the rest of the prehistoric times 😒
Nice video. but this is not a restoration , you can only say that this is a restoration if there is a problem in the unit. this unit must be in the storage and has been forgotten. as an technician i can tell that this unit hasn't been clean or either been clean frequently just seeing there's no dent in the evaporator must mean that the unit is still fresh
Dear Mr. Thanks for the educational video. But watch the video from the beginning. Forged waterproof plastic around the outdoor fan electronics circuit. And you didn't put it in place and you didn't close it.
I wouldn't say it's that old.. that looks like an F28MTES model from around 2011 / 2012.. most likely it was replaced due to either fault or house upgrade / rebuild. They are pretty easy to service, R410 isn't as efficent as the newer R32 blend but not a bad air basic conditionting unit, a lot of the newer aircon units, especially the cheap ones fail prematurerly because of how thin the copper wall pipe is.. avoid fuji ones, a friend of mine is a service engineer for those and has to replace so many cores in the indoor units after only a few years.
Painting in plastic may cause harmful effects, it will conduct chemical reaction while using air conditioner, find alternate solution for that, good restoration
