Yeah really putting water on a circuit board when it’s dirty makes no sense .Unless if that was alcohol and also I think it’s playing in reverse at the beginning of the video you can see that the handheld PlayStation or whatever it’s plastic casing with melted into oblivion but later in the video you can see just a completely mint case so I think they started recording the video with them playing The game system then they took it apart put dirt all over it and melted the case then put it at the area they found it and then pretended like they just found it

This is fake btw, what he did wasn't restoring it, he just make it broken. Also if that was real and it really that dirty and rusty, you can't restore it. Because it's an electronic device not a statue or a old toy.
