This is our first week's video. This video is our car assist system. We have removed one of the old truck driver's assistance households for repair. It was old and very hard to recover. Back ground music spot on..... I would of changed the seals and bearings, but if you not going to use it then no need to bother......looked nice and tidy at the end.

well you washed and painted a p/s box. With that pitman arm the vehicle will become unsafe to operate. There is a 99% chance that the box will leak.

согласен с тобой на все 200% . после этого так называемого ремонта его остаётся только закрыть глаза и вышвырнуть по дальше так чтоб и сам не мог найти и тем бо лее чтоб он не кому на глаза даже случайно не попался

По-моему его и не надо было ремонтировать.А сошку он мог и не разрезая съёмником снять.Надо было просто погреть горелкой.

It’s alright. That weld is plenty strong. Look at how tierod ends get adjusted. That scares me.

always heat cast metal items prior to Arc welding, then it doesn't get too stressed from the welding and the weld will hold better.

Can't believe you actually had a gear puller and chose to cut the arm instead. And then weld it back together. SMH!

Should have tried penetrating oil and heat first before cutting the arm. Just my two cents.

I have seen some cowboy's in my time but never one like you when you strip a piece of a vehicle no matter what that might be alway's replace seals and bearings, and as for that steering linkage that you cut off the only place for that is the scrap pile as it will not last 5 minutes if you put it back on a truck.

10 people probably getting killed in road accident due to this restoration. but who cares...we need to depopulate world population anyway.. now restore the brake rotor,cut it in half and weld it.and sell it to the unlucky guy

Don't wash the oil off onto the ground where you live. Do you want to poison your land? And wear some shoes with covered toes.

I would replace that pitman arm. Welding a pitman arm is risky to begin with, and it doesn't look like that weld was hot enough to get the correct penetration. When you weld forged steel, it should be pre-heated and you should run a continuous bead. When you use lots of small tack welds like that, the weld will not be strong and there is a good chance that it will fail when you're driving it. Be safe, man. I love watching your videos.
