RESTORATION HARDWARE Dollar Tree Dupes! Get that HIGH END look for less with the upscale elegance of RESTORATION HARDWARE inspired room decor dupes! This video features fun and easy to do DIY HACKS for recreating RESTORATION HARDWARE vessels and objects on a budget! These DIYs use mostly Dollar Tree items to create with a few other low cost materials like paint, cardboard, toilet paper and glue! I've watched tons of diy RH inspired decor. I even tried the paper mache bowls (paper. plaster, flour mix), it was a fail. Watching you use a plastic bowl & tp...wait, what??!! Speechless. Seriously, all 3 pieces are amazing!

Wow! You are amazing with such vision for transforming ordinary objects into masterpieces. Another suggestion for the use of the last project would be to turn the pocket with the opening on top and add jute or nautical rope from DT to create a hanging planter filled with artificial greenery and painted with terracotta or mineral chalk paint, etc. I think that would look fantastic using your creative techniques. Thank you for sharing your talents. You're a genius.

I was talking about the first & third ones. ..It just gives it that look and color. I also use the clear wax and add a dab of color if I want a different color. I love your diys dupes etc. love your channel period!!🥰💕❤️

This is so my thing !! I remember back in the 90's when I had my first home, we really couldn't afford anything , and I had this thing for Southwestern decor. I saw two Southwestern pillows in this fancy shmancy catalogue, and they were $56 dollars each. That's $112 for two pillows. Well. I took that old cotton table cloth bought four boxes of dye, cut out the shapes and sewed them all together to make two pillow dupes. Mine was better because I put real leather for the edging. Cost: $15 Time: less than a week, because back then you had to wait almost a month for any catalogue shipment, plus shipping costs.

These are great..if you have thought of this before , i often use the DT s streamers that come in every color and is much easier to handle. You can use the same water glue and i actually stick the entire bit and put in old plastic container with lid that I've cut with slit. Then you simply wrap. As it pulls out it drops excess liquid and saves effort.

Love these but was wondering if you could have peeled the top layer of your box to get the bumps for your metal pieces since you doubled the cardboard great job!

Sometimes the plastic bowl planters can be a little tippy. I use some left over tile grout but you can use anything cementitious like kwik-crete. Just fill the lower bowl and let it set. (use Kwikcrete if putting the planter outside)

Absolutely LOVE this!!!! Also for the color, Ive found the waverly chalk paint in Elephant and the color Silver Lining are AWESOME for a cement or even a galvanized look! Hope this help!

@@FABEDhacks Lol, no prob! I was just able to finally get my hands on more, as mine dried out, lol! And the Silver Lining I actually didnt like at first, its pretty light and pretty...silver, lol! But it was on clearance when I got it for $3 for 8oz bottle, then I tried it with elephant on a white base and use the baby wipe to kinda blend the colors and it looks really good as metal! =)

I always enjoy watching your DIYs! You are so creative! I have made a few of them and your instructions are on point! I made a vase a while ago that was pretty large and I wanted it to have a substantial 'stone' look to it. I mixed unsanded grout with my paint and did about 5 coats.It came out great! I was thinking that if I used glass bowls from the thrift store I could recreate your stone-look bowl and it would be very substantial! Creativity begats creativity! Thanks!

That's awesome! So glad you made some of the diys and found the instructions to be helpful! OMG! I bet the vase looks GORGEOUS! And yes, you really need the large scale pieces to make that great RH impact. I put the stone look bowl on my dining table but it really is too small to have the same impact so I want to do like you are planning with some larger thrifted bowls. I would still look great for a coffee table or on a sofa table but I think a dining table really calls for the oversized huge piece to have the same impact. 😊💗

All your versions turned out fantastic! One suggestion, tissue paper would have been sturdier to work with than the toilet paper. The TP seemed to tear very easily.
