@@taneeshaparkerso the classic depth couch came, I sat in it and immediately replaced it with luxe. I’m in love with the luxe depth and this couch. Replacement process was super easy - didn’t get charged any fees. The guys who dropped off the replacement picked up the return. Great service!

This is very helpful. It’s really a purchase for the long term, hence the eye-watering price becomes more palatable. The couch looks great on you-cute as a button!

Glad it was helpful! I recently washed the cushion covers in my washing machine and it made all the difference. The price is definitely worth it for the quality!

Getting the same Maxwell in.a large sectional and chaise. I am getting the other fill on the cushions as it rebounds to new and the new Maxwell is amazing. I used to have a down and like you said fluffing was never ending. Thanks for reviewing!!!

Great review! I got the 8 foot Belgian track arm sofa in white from the RH outlet. I love it so much. It is stain resistant, but I still don’t let anyone eat on it 😂

I got a tiny chip on the wood foot of my Maxwell sofa. The heartbreak! The DELIVERY guys slightly dropped (2" fall) and chipped the (seemingly 1000 lb) glass top of the Thaddeus table I ordered. I was like, "Nope! Not today! Put that back on the truck!" It should be flawless for the prices of this stuff but AGREE the quality makes me feel so fancy and content. High quality is bliss. I save and save and go without for this stuff because it's worth it.

If you had it to do over again, would you still have purchased the sofa in white? I am struggling between white and natural. The one at the showroom in Dallas is in Natural, which to me is like an off white. I love the thought of crisp white but also love the warmth of the natural color. Such a hard decision.

So funny because I have thought about this! Honestly I think I would do the natural; I love the warmth it brings to the space. However, in my current home the natural is very similar to my floor color, so the white provides more contrast. It definitely depends on your overall space, but honestly can’t wait to try the natural in my next home!

Oh wow I wish they still offered choices on the legs. Now they only offer an espresso.. No gray! Would much rather have gray but at the store they said it all just kind of disappears.

They actually sent me the brown ones by mistake, but I liked them so much I kept them! They really aren't noticeable and I think the gray would stand out more.

All performance textiles are stain resistant from RH and other brands. Also all of their furniture comes with a card that states keep out of the sun as they may fade.

I went for white and delivery is may end but little worries about the white , does it get dirty fast?

@@teddu1231 Mine has been easy to maintain. If I ever get anything on it, I spot clean and it comes right up. There is more detail in my video.

I find the Cloud looks great but is really uncomfortable. The new Maxwells have memory foam and are the most comfortable out of about 25 sofas I've sat on. It just looks a little boring compared to some other RH sofas that look cool but aren't comfortable. Your Maxwell looks cool though. Not too traditional.

Thank you so much! I didn't like the slouchy look of the Cloud but I haven't seen it recently. I think the Maxwell is such a classic and can go with almost any decor.

@@taneeshaparker They're likely mistaking the Maxwell for the 1st generation Cloud, which a lot of customers returned. Maxwell never had a sag epidemic.
