15 MIN RESTORATION brings you another restoration video to enjoy. Restoration of a 105 years old pocket knife .we found this pocket knife at a ww1 military camp site . it's covered with dirt and sand.We made a plan and thought about how to restore it and make it new.
We put a great amount of time and energy to restore the unique items that our team finds or purchases from individuals. In this video, the outcome is unbelievable. We renew it and made it useable again. It took us 9 days to finish the video and as we want to make all of our videos only for 15 minutes, we edited the video professionally to reduce it to 15 minutes. The reason we make our videos only for 15 min is to bring you something short but exiting.
If you are willing to buy this unique item, please feel free to contact us.
Take your time and follow us on social media as well.

Amazing - one would expect that after a century undergrund wooden elements of the handle were completely rotten, but they somehow survived intact and in perfect condition, requiring only some sanding and polishing. Must be some magical place where this military camp was located, to preserve wood but make brass rusty.

I think those scale pieces were bone rather than wood.

It looked like the knife was poorly made and put together with a quickness and then put through reverse Electrolysis to attract the rust to it then poorly restored but idk how does Brass Rust and wood not completely erode away

That was incredible, had no idea there'd be brass under that rust. Now if it could only tell you the stories about who its owner was.

It must be magic; no other way would turn a junk knife covered with mud into a junk knife full of pits.

Amazing! However, I think that knife probably wasn’t outdoors in the dirt 105 years. I think if it was that long there would have been much less of it remaining! 😂

Did a very good job! But,how do you know it is 105 years old and not 106 or 104years old?

The only thing 105 years old about that knife was the dirt....but hey you fixed it...

If using electrolysis to remove rust, be sure to expose raw, clean rustfree metal at the contact point. You will get far better results. That kinfe is less than 100 years old

How you say the article under restoration is 105 years old Don't bluff viewers
@andyc750
@andyc750 Год назад
rusty brass is a good trick, must have took a while to get that effect, and were that a genuine "105" years lost knife then it is ruined from the historical artefact point of view

Generally speaking, when an individual claims an item is x or y years old, I would expect that individual to present some corroborating evidence to support that claim. Photographs, historical drawings from catalogues etc. In the absence of this I assume the person is just making stuff up.

The video description says that the knife was found at a WWI military camp site. Perhaps "105 years old" is based on the knife being restored 105 years after the end of WWI in 1918. At 0:09, it is called a 19th century pocket knife. I've done some image searching and cannot find a knife that looks like this.

Rusty brass? Really?!? The fake before condition of so many utube restoration videos severely diminishes any quality of the restoration. You shouldn’t try to fool the gullible people who might not be aware of what’s going on.
