This is a video about the restoration and restoration of an old toy car from approximately 1988 with a mechanical control panel.
To restore the machine, I used various methods, such as sandblasting, powder painting, some parts had to be made in-house using a lathe. The result of the restoration turned out to be fantastic and the paint job will preserve this car for a long time

Courage to you for going through with the restoration. But unless you can get a motor from Japan, it isn't worth restoring. It's just a shell. I'm sure Tamiya or another company has a motor you can install in this model car.
