This is nice work and a quick video for those who do not have time or want to sit through a 15-30 min video but the music just ruins it. A lot if people watch these types of vids because it's relaxing and the music just ruin the vibe
What you did was very good, but I think you let yourself down a bit by not cleaning the inside and the base. You normally work to a much higher standard than this. I also think some people need their computer or mobile device restoring and their volume control doesn’t seem to be working. Or maybe it’s beyond their intellect to turn the volume down if they don’t like the music.
Looks very good after restoration. But there was a transformer and some sort of rheostat that looked to me very unreliable were untouched. In Germany this would be sorted out at the next electrical testing for leaking to ground.
