I have the PM5515-T same as yours but with Teletext. I've also got the PM5415, they're both serious bits of kit! Well done on your 5515, you'll never need anything else.
There seem to have been quite a few versions around. A later edition of mine seems to have a "s-video" (chroma/luma) output in the rear. Mine just has the RGB. I got the parts for a little mod around to add the two output amps, but not had a chance to tackle that yet.
If you ever find the circle goes invisible (multiburst board), check those two yellow film capacitors. One of mine was shorted. Of course I only found that after checking every other component and voltage level in the circuit :)
I keep hearing that... And now double checked that it is the correct word for them. What other word is used if this is so rare? I am curious! 🤔😁 English is a second language for me after all.

I think I saw two of those up for sale when I got mine... but it might very well have been, it had some "people watching" on it. And my wallet is still screaming at me for hitting "buy now" whenever I find something useful 😊 It wasn't all that much more than a "new" device but newer ones didn't have multi-standard or RF output, so I went for it as soon as I read up on the specs. The only thing that really bugs me is that it's not coming with the s-video option. Might be interesting to retro-fit...
Thanks for the input! I'll take a look at it; Not sure why it varies every now and then, I keep setting the audio levels to the same numbers and meter levels every time; might have missed something somewhere...
Is anybody familiar with the Snell & Wilcox / Tektronix TPG-20 test-pattern generator? I bought an untested one (yeah, I know that means broken) that has partial functionality. I would love to find somebody else who has one that is working or (even better) someone who has done a restoration on one. Thanks!
Was the battery you replaced a rechargeable lithium? if so, You may need to add a diode to the circuit to prevent backcharging if you decide to use a non-rechargeable lithium button cell in your holder.
I just double checked; The original was labelled "CRxxxx" which is usually non-rechargeable. The circuit also contains a diode. I normally check for that before purchasing new batteries, but couldn't remember anymore for this particular project 😊
