Understanding Prana Energies:
Prana: Known as the upward-moving energy, Prana governs the intake of breath and sustains the body through inhalation. It nourishes the brain, and its balanced flow enhances vitality and clarity.
Apana: The downward moving energy, Apana aids in the elimination and the expulsion of waste. It supports the lower abdomen and is crucial for grounding and detoxification.
Samana: This energy governs digestion and assimilation and resides in the abdominal region. It ensures that nutrients are properly absorbed and distributed throughout the body.
Udana: Udana is responsible for the actions of speech, expression, and growth. It operates in the throat and head region, fostering creativity and willpower.
Vyana: Vyana circulates prana throughout the body, connecting and harmonizing the other pranas. It is responsible for coordination, movement, and the overall integration of bodily functions.
