Not a power engineer then. I've seen this and worse from electronics. The most spectacular was a 4 kW three phase 220v xenon arc lamp power supply. It forcibly detonated and launched purple and orange balls of plasma 50 feet away. Detonating mosfets and mosfet drivers can release showers of sparks and debris, as well as create a spectacular light show if the vaporized metal allows an arc to form. Purple/blue/red lightning all inside your PSU. That being said, this video is very obviously staged.

@@oldschool2546 Okay, it is good to see that you are keeping busy. A lot of people that watch these, would not know difference the different amp classes, IGfets, MosFETs, NPN PNP, voltage rails, et al.

its fake.... Like 99% of the foreign "amplifier repair" videos.... Some of them are faker than others.. Some, you can clearly see the brush marks, where they've brushed mud on to it, To make it look old and broken 🤣 Half of them dont even know how to use test equipment properly either... Most of the videos, then dont check resistance values etc on the multimeter.. They just have their multimeter set at incorrect settings, and make sure the needle moves, And think its good. 😂
