After nearly 8 years of neglect ( not something to be proud of ) it is time to tackle our kitchen worktops. I cannot believe I have not done this sooner. They were in a terrible state but not totally beyond help. I will be sharing the full video on January 14th start to finish of how I restored them. I used carbide scrapers to first remove all of the old stain and oil. I then sanded the surface back and applied the Fiddes hard wax oil.
