Love this! My daughter and I just bought a 325e coupe and we're going to go thru this like a checklist. Perfect for helping her (and me) learn about cars, BMW's specifically. Thx
Nice E30 and voice overlay. Gotta try that style in my vids. . However Ur check engine light is probably not caused by the washer fluid 😅...must be something else..
Hi what size wheel tire combo is that? Offset as well please. looking to get those same wheels for our new project E30 and cant tell if those are the 15's or 16's. TIA!
as someone who grew up with distributors and points, and caps and rotors, it's always fun to see people marvel at the simplicity of the system. coil packs and an actual EMS are better though. a slight correction, the little screw on caps on the spark plugs are called terminals, removing them gives you access to the threaded terminal studs. whether you use the terminal studs, or the threaded terminal studs is irrespective of the type of ignition system (distributor, coil, and wires, or individual coil packs), it is completely dependent on which terminal type the system is designed to accept.
I have an 83 E21. Great video and voice over. One suggestion, use non-ethanol gas if available in your state. Your fuel supply system will thank you. It wasn't designed for ethanol.
Awesome video! I'm in the process of restoring an E30 convertible. Also, The upper radiator hose doesn't have a patch, its chafe protection for the airbox. I bought a new hose thinking the same thing.
Just wanted to say thanks for putting these videos together. I’m considering an E30 for my next daily driver and this has given me so much confidence that it’ll be a good choice (provided I go with the right one from the outset) and that I can keep it running with minimal issues or trouble finding parts. Looking forward to getting caught up on these videos
I really enjoy your videos. I own a TT Mk1 but love bmws. So i really look forward to this new project. Maybe the big gap in the engine is for some additional „air“ sssssstututututu. :o ;)
