James and I have been looking for a large hay wagon to pull behind our hay baler. We came across this old one on Facebook marketplace for cheap. It looked bad at first, but James was impressed with the metal frame. We also realized that it is actually a dump trailer!!!!! So we bought it. It needed a lot of work but James was excited to rebuild it. He did so much work on this. He welded a lot and used our Woodland Mills Sawmill to cut new oak lumber to replace the old rotting boards. Every inch of this trailer was rebuilt. He even cut off the hydraulic assembly and moved it down to make a steeper dump for the trailer. The finished product is almost unbelievable. This video shows step by step instructions and tutorials on how James rebuilt and overhauled the entire trailer. This trailer will outlive us. Happy homesteading!
