I just did the same thing with the bottom frame.. still watching video looking for reinforce my swing set beam. It's only 3 years old but they don't make em like they used to frame is sketchy. I did what I could but am trying to find a better solution.

@@BreakFreeHomestead tu vídeo es una exelente inspiración para mis proyectos ya que Yo tengo un playground en mi casa y apenas lo estoy remodelando tengo 10 años con él ¡ yo lo hice ! De hecho yo estuve en Pensilvania hace 20 años y regrese a México hace 13 años amo USA pero ya no regresé porque puse un negocio acá en México y me va bien gracias a Dios , de hecho veo como 10 canales de diferentes partes cómo de USA en español, Latinoamérica y España saludos Dios te Bendiga... un abrazo

Is there a way to reglaze the slide to make it smooth and shiny?

Hmm, sorry for the delay in response. I have never done this before but it looks like you could rub wax paper on the whole slide and that should help.

I ended having to remake the main green stubs out of 4x4s because the old ones were rotting out, how are yours holding up?

We just put some sealer on it, nothing crazy, and only on the new wood. The green posts were fine but they sure did fool me. At first i thought they were metal, but they're fine😂😂

Boyejo, thanks for joining us we appreciate the support! We used pressure treated for the ground contact boards and the 2x4s were just whitewood studs, and the decking we used pine.

She aint bad. It wasn't on a level spot so it leans a tiny bit but hasn't fallen apart yet 😂😂
