Hiiii! Day 12 of dollsmas, and the last day for section one! Today I’m restoring my sweet screams dolls I never touched after removing them from the boxes. Plus a howliday draculaura giveaway!

@@sophmp3 I kinda like it, she lookes cute, I'm trying to see G3 with completely new eyes so I don't ever compare them to G1, like a kid nowadays would see them! So I'm not too worried about their new designs, but I wish in the future Mattel launches themed collections like they used to! With super pretty and creative designs, you know? Because that's what brings them the uniqueness they have!! I hope you understand what I tried to say, english is not my first language so I get lost sometimes trying to explain my point hahah

I don't think so. We are in a different era now. Tim Burton is still important but not as much as at the time where fairytales, emo fashion, pastel goth and Tim Burton were huge

Sweet Screams Frankie is probably to this day one of my favorite G1 Dolls. Red just works on her and I'm surprised that we didnt see it more in G1.

I love how over the top the line is, and i also love sweet themes. the artwork is also something i admire from the line, its just so beautiful!

Hey I believe this is the first ever video i’ve seen on your channel and I actually enjoyed it! I’m a big fan of people like restoring old things iykwim. Anyways I really liked how both draculaura’s turned out. I also really liked the theme of the Sweet Screams Draculaura with the black licorice matching her overall style and colors. But the holiday draculaura turned out amazing the hair looked great and I love the overall theme of her outfit where it kinda is a mix between halloween and christmas with the snowflake and spiderwebs on the dress. I hope everyone watching this video has a great winter and make sure to spend time with family!

Honestly my favourite part of Sweet Screams was the fact the art was done by someone who was well known for her Monster High fan art at the time and getting to do official art was such a big moment. It's one of those things that really made people felt seen by the creators on the Monster High team and I love how iconic the line is years on.

Thanks for the great video! The dolls look awesome all spruced up. I was a big collector of Frankie back in the day but unfortunately never had the Sweet Screams doll. My fave Frankie was the Skull Shores grey scale doll. I have spent many a day and multiple products including baby powder and Goo Gone trying to get the glue out of her hair! Ughhh I got my sweet Screams ghoulia at a Big Lots all those years ago and I miss her so dearly. I can't believe I ever had one as a kid all just to go down the drain. I sincerely love this line. It's so kooky, but so so so well crafted. The art, the design, the overall execution. Truly one of the best MH lines to date.

Honestly, frankie really slayed in this line. They hard to work with but the peppermint theme is EVERYTHING! I really wish I had kept my collection instead of giving into insecurity (I got hard bullied for loving them), I'm collecting again and now I wish I had all these. I'm glad they solved the glue issue for future dolls!

HOLY CRAP ! frankies hair turned out sooooo damn good i was shocked when you showed her final result, it looked like it was fresh from in box fr, also personally I've never had any issue with tinsel and doll hair, when I was doing my G3 Cleo's hair some of the tinsel separated a little bit but I found that the issue was actually with the width of the comb that I was using so using a wide tooth comb really helped and only brushing the hair as a whole when you really need to :)

I remember when I had gotten my first Sweet Screams doll. It was in 2015 and I happened to be in Big Lots (Big Lots and Roses were OP for older Monster High dolls, that's all) 😉 and I saw Abbey who has my favorite personality. Now she sits on my shelf several years later with glue seeping out her head cause I took her out the box! 😭 She still beautiful tho🍦

Love how they turned out! I started collecting second hand MH dolls last year and the gluey hair is a bit of a hassle. I usually let the hair soak in some goo gone and it gets rid of the glue/greasy feeling the hair can get.
