Wonderful work on my favourite tank from WWII. I still don't understand mounting more MGs than there were crewmen! Bloody Yanks! --Bob Bailey in Maine, USA

Cracking job Stuart. One detail, the inside of the drivers hatch should be the same as the outer hull colour, otherwise when in the open position, the white compromises the camouflage.

The stuart was a common bulldozer conversion, as well as the Valentine and the grant, post war, there is a ripper conversion of a churchill in an abandoned gypsum quarry not far from my place. I've visited many here in australia over the years.

Working on the engine in the tank is a royal pain in the ass. I've done it. We ran Jimmy's M-3 out on Orangethorpe in Orange County, Ca.

Awesome! Fantastic work team! I think I still would have rather been in the stuart against those 88 mm flak, the thing could flat out fly! Then even if the 88 hit one of them, the 37 could get through the thin armor on the front of those 88s and wipe out the crew just standing around with the 30 cals. I don't know if they had HE for the 37 there but that would have been ideal, albeit not great.

You did a great job transforming from a rusty tank to an almost brand new tank! How you managed to put the 37 mm gun trough the small hatch is mystery for me, Lol 😆 🤣
