Actually, next we have Serbia, and then Shogunate Japan, and then the Sikh empire, and then sokoto, and then finally Spain, so still quite a bit more sadly

I would be interested in a Macedonian game. Also, you can get more cores as Rome by playing a Greece->Byzantium->Rome game. It's quite difficult, but rather interesting.

To fast build units and buildings you can set goods stockpile in trade menu. You'll then buy max possible goods, so not like usually 2 units of artyllery, but like 50 in one day.

If my memory is any good, the original name for Constantinople at least to the romans was "Byzantion" which is where the labelling of eastern Rome as Byzantium comes from

You have to enable the fantasy formables submod in GFM to form the Roman Empire. If that doesn't work, make sure you have the most recent version of GFM. Thanks for watching!

Constantinople is an Anglicization of the Greek name for the city. In Greek it would be Kōnstantinoúpolis and in Latin it would be Constantinopolis. Honestly I don’t know why we dropped the “polis” for “ple” in English when we still use “polis” at the end of some other things. Variations of New Rome or East Rome were also pretty common.
