6/18/2024 I got injured during Europe Crossfit Semifinals & have now finally done and received the MRI result (9 days later). I'm sharing the result & damage of my knee injury as well as a short insight in my days right now..
04:30 The MRI result gets presented.
Right now waiting for my doctors appointment. I already have a previous ACL surgery on my now damaged knee, so my decision needs to have deep considerations as this is a bit more complex.
Please share your knowledge and thoughts. All second opinions right now is very helpful for my decision.

Best Luck. Got my ACL repaired 6 weeks ago. After lots of research and talking to 4 doctors, they used the healing response technique and fixed it without using a graft! Depends on where the tear is located and should be done quickly after the accident. Just as an info, because the first 2 doctors said, it’s not possible.
