Will these IFRS and standards I have not been working with them so if I tailor my CV to the job and during the interview I'm being asked about some these standards then what should I do.

In the emails they said they need employment research such as evidence of contact with at least 2state employers who have been operating in that state for 12 months.This should express interest in discussing employment opportunities with me.
